  FAMILY PROMISE

For two weeks every quarter our church becomes home for homeless families. We provide them meals and a place to sleep each evening. During the day the families go to a Day Center where the parents can work on finding employment, take showers, and wash clothes. When the families return around suppertime, a host from our church greets them and provides them assistance including playing with the children. On the weekends the hosts take the families on a special outing, such as to the water park at John Prince Park.
