Dr. Marcia Bedasse

Director, Seeds of Grace Preschool

A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Dr. Marcia Bedasse brings more than thirty years of dedication to education and literacy development. Her career spans preschool, elementary, and higher education, giving her a deep understanding of child development at every stage. She is passionate about building strong literacy foundations, advocating for children and families, and ensuring that every child’s voice is heard and supported. Marcia and her husband, Robert, have been married for over 40 years and are the proud parents of two adult children, Giselle and Dominick. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling with her family.

Marcia holds certifications in elementary education, specific learning disabilities, reading education, and educational leadership. She is a National Board‑Certified Teacher in Early and Middle Childhood Literacy and has extensive experience across multiple educational settings.
