SUMMER CAMP

What is Summer Camp?

Summer camp at Warren Willis is a week long sleep-away camp for Elementary, Middle, and High school students. Each summer the camp hosts over a thousand students along with a hundred college camp counselors for an unforgettable faith-filled experience. Students will experience various camp activities like kayaking, ropes course, camp fires and connect with new friends. Along with grow deeper in their relationship with God through small groups and worship.

When Is Summer Camp?

Warren Willis camp hosts multiple weeks. Our church will be attending Week 4 of camp; July 7-12 2025. We will travel to the site in Fruitland Park from the church on Monday and return on Saturday early evening. Transportation will be provided by the church Family Ministry.

Where is the Camp Located?

Warren Willis UMC Camp is located at 4990 Picciola Rd
Fruitland Park, FL 34731. It is situated in pictueresque Lake Griffin. It has been the spiritual home for thousands of students through its many decades of ministry.

Who Can Attend?

Warren Willis camp offers day Elementary day camp, and Middle and High school overnight camp options. Parents and adults are also welcome to attend as Adult counsolers or observers.

How Much Does Camp Cost?

The prices vary greatly for each style of camp. For Middle and High school students it is over $400 for the week. The costs incude meals, lodging, and all supplies. The students will need all essentials for the week. Their is a tiered pricing system and scholarships are available.

Do I Have to Register?

Yes, you do need to register. Please go to the camp site directly by clicking the "Register for a Memory Maker" and fill out the forms. Students and Adult counsolers/Parents need to register. Please inform the UMC of the Palm Beaches Children and Youth Pastor once you register.

Do I Have to Attend Church or This Church?

You do not need to attend church or be a part of our church. We are a church in West Palm Beach that loves children, and this is our way of showing that. If you don't have a church home, we would love for you to check us out. You can do that by clicking the "Plan a Visit" button. When you register for camp we recommend that you notate on your registration that UMC of the Palm Beaches is your home church.

What if My Question is Not Here?

That is a wonderful question, and while we have tried to answer most questions, we know we could not answer all. So, if you click the "Still Have Questions" button, it will send an email directly to the Children and Youth Pastor. He will respond to you as quickly as possible.
